A shout out to Sen. Lenney and to all Sen. Lenney mentioned, plus Rob Beiswenger, who carried the mask bill in the House. This was a brave move from a freshman Representative.

I echo everything Barb and SA said as well. Here’s what else we need to do (tip of the iceberg β€” there’s more!):

- Stop censorship and propaganda that prevent full informed consent (that includes medical products and any form of weather engineering).

- Stop mRNA platform human experiments NOW (e.g., COVID shots and all others being developed on this failed and dangerous platform).

- Reinstate liability for all products, especially vaccines. Manufacturers and those who administer their products must take responsibility for their harms.

- Ensure no additional products (such as pesticides and herbicides) receive liability waivers.

- Never again allow financial incentives β€” especially from the federal government β€” influence medical care (especially in hospitals) or prevent patients and doctors from using off-label drugs or supplements.

- Remove anything but advisory status from health districts, medical boards, and globalist organizations.

- Revisit childhood vaccine schedule and ensure every one is OPTIONAL (few prevent disease or transmission, they are NOT tested against true placebos, and many are acutely or chronically harmful).

- Look at the list of health & health freedom bills and ensure the good ones pass and the bad ones do not: https://tinyurl.com/3bnncvu2

- Check out other health and health freedom options here: https://tinyurl.com/89rjx987

- Educate yourself. Do not rely on public authorities and bought off experts to make decisions for you.

Brian I appreciate your efforts! And this is important. But, what good does it do to limit local control? These politicians and officials did this to us ......FOR MONEY! They violated our rights and perpetuated a fear campaign, and drove division in our communities in a time of crisis .....FOR MONEY!

Brad Little suppressed HCQ with his own signature! ....FOR MONEY!

Small businesses were shut down! They tried to lock us in our homes! They arrested people! They terrorized people and scared our children. And led to miserable deaths in nursing homes... People committed suicide...

....FOR MONEY!

They did this with the intent of forcing emergency authorization for a technology that is NOT a vaccine, but a known bioweapon! And don't forget the "isolation camps," or the fact the overall death rate in Europe had not increased before our officials claimed it had arrived here... In fact there was no increase in the overall death rate in 2020. Not until after the experimental technology shots rolled out in 2021. How many gramma's were killed?

All this was done to us under color of law! Unconstitutionally.

None of them have been arrested, tried and sent to prison. If Idahoans want to stop this crap from ever happening again,

politicians and officials need to go to prison!

And they need to start with Brad Little, who tried to mirror Gov Inslee. But Idaho was protected by having so much diverse power at the local level.

It's been five years .... No justice!?

Barb, I appreciate you noticing my effortsβ€”honestly, I do. I’ve been busting my ass to get this bill through, and it’s a real win for us. But here you are, acting like I’m supposed to single-handedly drag every corrupt politician and bad actor to jail while you’re still fuming about the past five years.

I’m not Superman. I can’t snap my fingers and erase the money-grubbing schemes, the fear campaigns, or the nursing home tragedies overnight. I’m pushing back against this stuff one step at a time, and this ban on mask mandates is proof of that. So how about you ease up on the all-caps meltdown, quit treating me like I’m the governor’s personal bounty hunter, and just enjoy the victory?

I don't see how my comment said any of that or earned your defensive reply. But the dismissive, "still fuming" part, needs a response.

Are you paying attention to the precedent these criminals set with impunity? Are you paying attention to the technology .... Replicon...? Is the mRNA ban bill still buried in committee, or has it had a floor vote? Not that mRNA is the only worry. But seeing how each legislator votes on that, is key.

The only thing that can be directed solely at you is the rhetorical question designed to point out the importance of having local control. I might capitalize, local, for emphasis but that seems to trigger you. Otherwise, I specifically said Idahoans. All this did happen to Idahoans with impunity. No arrests or prosecutions. Are you a cop or a prosecutor? Well, the people who are, have done nothing! Not because they can't.

Not everything can or should be legislated. And these criminals broke all manner of law with impunity. So what good was any Constitution or legislation? Ammon Bundy got persecuted with the help of a judge who ignored Idaho law and our Constitutions.

None of what I've said is fuming about the past. It's all still currently in play. Legislation should focus on that. There's a bigger plan at play than masks.

But at least you aren't leaving everything to a savior/Trump.

You're barking up the wrong tree, Barb. I wrote a post about ending mask mandates, and here you are talking about Ammon Bundy and the death rate in Europe.

You wrote a post challenging what protected Idahoans, power at the local level (not capitalized for emphasis since it triggers you).

You also wrote a law giving more power/discernment to judges, who can't even follow the law. What good is a Constitution/law is the gov't isn't held to follow it???

I tried to politely show you how futile and dangerous this way of thinking is. I gave you examples. Because I had respect for what I thought your intent was.

Your dismissive, disrespect is making me believe you're just more of the same useful-tool or nefarious actor that got us here. Congratulations! You're behavior, established by your replies, is why so many people feel politics is a waste of time.

You should have gone after emergency-powers, and increased individual/sovereign rights, powers and responsibility. Which seemed to be how you sell yourself.

We also have to whittle down corporate control over us.

So well said, Barb. Additionally, the hospital protocols β€” remdesivir, starvation, dehydration, and ventilators β€” killed far more people that COVID itself. And, yes, FOR MONEY!

Hey everyone. Let's lower the temperature. So many in Idaho, America, and around the world are working their buns off to ensure freedom for all. Every effort moves the needle (so to speak). Many who have been in the fight either for a long time or who are newbies are incredibly frustrated that we've suffered through five miserable years (that we know about) with seemingly small victories. But let's remember that every victory is one victory we did not have before. We win one. Then we appreciate the win and immediately move on to the next hurdle.

So please let's not attack each other. Every win matters. It's daunting enough to fight the many who are trying to turn us into submissive sheep (or worse!) or who do not wish to learn the truth.

Every one of us matters. Every one of us must help. Some work behind the scenes. Others are more front facing. But EVERY EFFORT counts as long as we're all pulling together.

When we participate in circular firing squads, aiming barbs at one another, we shoot everyone in the foot (forgive this mixed metaphor). Shooting our friends only helps our enemies. (Using the word "enemy" in a general sense here, so don't shoot ME.)

Let's support everyone who seeks a common goal of freedom from tyranny. We won't all approach the finish line the same way. But let's offer credit and appreciation to EVERYONE who is helping with words of support, writing Substacks and comments, emailing, creating and carrying bills, testifying, and more.

To use a sports analogy (as someone who is completely ignorant about sports), it takes an entire team to carry the ball to the finish line. Every individual makes an effort that furthers the goal. We all must work together to make it happen.

Excellent! Now, can you help us win with S1064 & S1065? We need 1065 heard and it’s stuck with Senator Burtenshaw. Idaho must make policy around restricting solar radiation management initiatives or we adopt the progressive federal model in managing climate change. SRM is plainly documented on NOAA’s website as well as the 2023 White House Congressional report on SRM. Let’s start taking this seriously.

I understand, but encouraging Senator Burtenshaw to hear the bill so we can move this along to you and the other senators would be helpful.

Unfortunately, 1064 was just amended in a detrimental way. We're not even seeing S1065 on the radar yet in Senate Resources & Environment committee.

Faye, you’re in the House, and you should know how this works, but let’s be realβ€”you’re still green. This was my bill. I did the legwork, and Rob Bieswenger carried it through the house like a pro. But acting like it's NOT my bill? That’s disingenuous, even for a rookie. You don’t fully get the system yet, do you?

Curious, what bills of yours are on the governor’s desk?

Have any of your bills even... passed a committee?

We fought it. Man, I even moved way out into another town and county. I was already driving to Nampa to shop because Boise got really crazy in 2020 & 2021. You guys may have seen me at CDH. Oh and I was at the park when Sara Brady was put into a squad car. Anything can happen. So we did need this bill.

Thanks Brian. Fighting nonsense is what makes Idaho proud.

My wife Katie garnered unwanted attention when she spoke out against mandates in Lewiston, the end of January, 2021. TMZ & others called her β€œIdaho Woman dresses like Muslim” when to our surprise viraled a video of her speech. Type that into your search & you’ll find her emotional plea to stop the mandates. This was the third meeting she spoke at. The Covid insanity stopped her @ LCSC that semester & she still hasn’t been able to recover. Thank you for this win.
